Legacy Workshops is a new creative series for adults ages 60 and older that invites participants to explore art-making, connect with others, and honor the magic of a creative practice.

Create, explore, and spend time making art alongside others. We will have an assortment of materials for you to create with. Feel free to use this time to make something nice for someone you care about!

Bio: Stephen Batiz is a self-taught painter, illustrator, and installation artist exploring the spaces between isolation and connection. Through painting, drawing, and interactive experiences, he creates work that invites people to slow down, participate, and reflect on their own presence in the world. Rooted in curiosity and experimentation, Batiz’s practice transforms personal symbolism and material exploration into shared moments of recognition and connection.
