See differently. Grow deeply.

Learning through art is about more than education—it’s about transformation. Every visit offers a chance to see differently, think deeply, and connect more fully with the world around you.

At the Speed, learning happens everywhere—from the galleries and exhibitions that spark reflection, to the films that expand our perspectives, to Art Sparks, our hands-on space for playful discovery.

While our learning programs continue to evolve, our commitment remains the same: to make art accessible, relevant, and enriching for all.  We’re shaping new opportunities that connect people with art in ways that foster understanding, imagination, and well-being.

Play. Discover. Create.

Art Sparks is the Speed’s interactive, hands-on learning gallery where curiosity comes alive. Open during regular museum hours and included with admission, it invites visitors of all ages to experiment with materials, explore ideas, and connect art to their own experiences.

Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or on your own, Art Sparks offers a space to slow down, make connections, and see the world through a creative lens.

Learning comes to life on screen

CINEMA+ expands the Speed Cinema experience through conversations, performances, and collaborations that connect film to art, ideas, and community. Each program offers something extra—talks with filmmakers and experts, live music, or creative partnerships that inspire new ways of seeing and thinking.

Among these offerings, Science on Screen® highlights how art and inquiry intersect. This national program pairs films with engaging talks from scientists and scholars, revealing the connections between cinema, technology, and the human experience.
