Movement in the Museum: Hatha Yoga with Carly

Yoga with Carly

Instructor Carly is trained to make Yoga accessible to everyone.  She teaches trauma-informed Hatha Yoga, and this class will be slow-paced and breath focused.  Students are encouraged to explore and find the version of each pose that fits their unique self.  Options are offered throughout class to empower you to make mindful decisions that best suit you.  Meditation, intention, and Pranayama (breath practices) are offered throughout class.  All bodies and abilities are welcome! Bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle.

Join us in the Atrium every 2nd Sunday of the month for a free body movement class! Previous classes have included yoga with Kentucky Yoga Initiative and barre class from Barre3. Please bring your own materials, such as yoga mats, towels, and water bottles.

Please note, the Museum entrance does not open till 12 pm.
