Speed Camps

Week-long summer day camps offer a variety of fun, hands-on activities that encourage children to be creative thinkers, bold art makers, and playful collaborators. Please note the age range is different for each camp. Camps run from 9 am – 4 pm daily, with the option to add extended care from 4 pm to 5 pm for an $50 additional fee per week.

$225 members/ $275 non-members/ $210 Patron Circle members.

Summer Camps at the Speed will follow the same guidelines established for general admission (found here), though COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged for camp attendees due to the extensive close proximity to others in the classroom over the course of the camp. We will continue to follow recommendations from the CDC and the State of Kentucky, and will notify registrants prior to camp should any changes to our occur.

Summer Camp scholarships are available!
If cost is a barrier for your children to attend one of our Summer Camps, we have scholarships available for the full tuition of the camp. Contact Eriko Whittaker, ewhittaker@speedmuseum.org, to apply.
