Movement in the Museum

Join us in the Museum every 2nd Sunday of the month for a free body movement class! Previous classes have included yoga, pilates, and more. Bring your own materials, such as yoga mats, towels, and water bottles.

Please note, the Museum entrance does not open till 12 pm.

Movement in the Museum: Hatha Yoga with Carly

Instructor Carly is trained to make Yoga accessible to everyone.  She teaches trauma-informed Hatha Yoga, and this class will be slow-paced and breath focused.

Movement in the Museum: Pilates with Susan

Classical Pilates instructor Susan Viers will lead a Pilates mat session that is suitable for beginners and those with experience. We will work to align, lengthen, strengthen, and stretch the body. Come see what this incredible exercise modality is about and leave feeling energized and refreshed. Bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle.
