General Information:
– A minimum of 10 students is required for a guided tour
– Self-guided tours can only be scheduled during the Speed’s open hours
– A limited number of staff- and Docent-guided tours can be scheduled Wednesday-Thursday
– Cost: $10 per student; FREE for students and faculty of University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, Spalding University, JCTC, and the Kentucky College of Art and Design, as well as Indiana University Southeast
– Professors are free

Docent Guided Tour
30 person maximum
Tour length: approximately 1 hour
Docent Guided tours, led by the Speed’s Docent Corps, help to bring art to life. Professors can select a Collection Highlights tour or a customized tour to fit with your syllabus. Please include any special requests we’ll help to craft a tour that is interactive and engaging while also meeting the needs of your syllabus.

Self-Guided Tour
Explore the collection on your own, leading students on a private tour that fits with your course syllabus.

Special Exhibition Tours
Professors can also schedule a one-hour docent-guided or staff-guided tour of our special exhibitions.
