We’ll open the hips\, shoulders\, and spine\, ease tension from feeding and carrying\, and make space for breath\, rest\, and connection. \nYour baby is welcome exactly as they are crying\, feeding\, napping\, or needing to be held. Step away and come back whenever you need. Designed for newborns and pre-mobile babies\, with all props provided. After the movement portion\, participants can enjoy light refreshments\, baby play\, and connection. \n45 minutes of gentle yoga for moms and pre-mobile babies from 6 weeks old.\nA slow\, grounded movement class for you and your baby. Expect mostly floor-based movement\, with some standing poses you can do while holding your baby. We’ll open the hips\, shoulders\, and spine\, ease tension from feeding and carrying\, and make space for breath\, rest\, and connection. \nYour baby is welcome exactly as they are crying\, feeding\, napping\, or needing to be held. Step away and come back whenever you need. Designed for newborns and pre-mobile babies\, with all props provided. And afterward\, stay for coffee and conversation.  \nCome tired\, come late\, come as you are. \nYour ticket includes gallery access because it’s never too early to introduce your baby to art! Galleries are stroller accessible\, see a gallery attendant for help.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for yoga sessions designed to support movement\, presence\, and rest. Each month features a different yoga teacher and approach\, accompanied by music and an opportunity to slow down and reconnect. All levels\, all ages\, and all bodies are welcome.  \nREGISTER\nBring your own yoga mat and water bottle\, wear comfortable clothing\, and bring any props you may need. The yoga session from 2–3 PM is ticketed and requires advance registration online. \nMake a full afternoon of it! Speed Slow Down runs 1–3 PM and includes a guided meditation in the galleries at 1:30 PM\, mindfulness prompts throughout the museum\, and time to explore at your own pace. Only the 2–3 PM yoga session is ticketed.
