It’s Winter Break time! Gather the family and travel to the Speed for our Winter Family Day. During this afternoon, the Museum will be filled with programming created for younger kiddos. Get ready for storytime, drop-in artmaking, and scavenger hunts throughout the Museum. These activities will be included in your ticket to the Museum.

Programming for Winter Family Day

Throughout 1 to 4 pm in the Atrium: Start your scavenger hunts and try out some Alphonse Mucha: Art Nouveau Visionary coloring pages.

1 – 4 PM: Reading nook and Storytelling in the English Renaissance room, times will vary

1 – 4 PM: Imagination Playground in the Gheens Court

1 – 2 PM: Collection Highlights Tour

1 – 2:30 PM: Facepainting with Bohemian Monkey available in the Gheens Court

1:30 – 3:30 PM: Early Childhood Playdate in Gallery 3

1 – 3:30 PM: Drop-in art-making in Art Sparks classrooms

1:30 – 3:30 PM: Early Childhood Museum Playdate in Gallery 3

2 – 3 PM: Speed Chat Spot – Alphonse Mucha: Art Nouveau Visionary

2 PM & 3 PM: Art Detective STEAM crate in the Cinema Lobby
