When the renowned chef of one of the finest French restaurants in the country, Philadelphia’s Le Bec-Fin, struggles as fine dining is going out of style, its chef, the 67 year old Georges Perrier, must decide to sell or reinvent the business by hiring a new protege, Chef Nicolas Elmi, of Top Chef fame.
