There is more to art than beauty: art can serve as a window into the cultures and lives that came before ours. Art Underground is an opportunity to explore this phenomenon. High school students will collaborate in small groups as they engage in a hands-on investigation, students will seek to uncover the culture and, ultimately, the purpose of their particular collection.

Funding Support for Title 1 Schools
For Title I schools, the first 4 class visits are free of charge. Additional class visits may be purchased at a discounted rate.

Regional and Private School Rates (valid through May 2018):
1 class visit – $200
2-4 class visits – $400
5-6 class visits – $500
7-9 class visits – $700
