Lecture and Screening: Bruce Jenkins on Bruce Conner

School of the Art Institute of Chicago professor Bruce Jenkins who also co-curated and co-wrote the catalogue for the Walker Art Center exhibition 2000 BC: THE BRUCE CONNER STORY PART II (1999) screens a selection of Bruce Conner’s ground-breaking films along with fascinating tales of the artist who has been frequently been named the father of the music video. Program length: 90 minutes.

This program is held in conjunction with the exhibition BRUCE CONNER: FOREVER AND EVER.
