Launched in 1979 by the Clermont-Ferrand University Film Society, this festival has grown to be the largest international film festival dedicated to short films. The selection of seven films includes a mixture of live action and animation dealing with topics such as terrorism, seduction, urban renovation, WWI, and a first kiss. 2014-15, France, in French with English subtitles, 110 minutes.
